The Evolution
After the gods had experimented different kinds of
life on The planet Earth, they decided that something was missing.There was no
zest in life.They thought simple plant life was too boring,small mammals,reptiles and amphibians were too quiet and the dinosaurs were too huge and noisy.
So, they put their heads together and made a new recipe with new ingredients.
As a result the lord’s most wonderful creation The Human was created. He made 2
of the humans just to see if they were too boring or quiet or noisy.
(Two humans enter the scene)
(Both of them look at each other and then all around and shrug.)
A while later both the humans are hungry.They find a plant with berries.They go towards it, pluck the berries and pop them in their mouth and are satisfied. Now you see if you stay only in one place then you can’t get everything, you have to search for it. So, that’s exactly what the humans did. They walked and walked for miles on end. Finally, they reached a river bank and decided to stop there.
(Both sit down and pant madly).
Now you can’t only live on berries you need to eat more. So, they started hunting animals for food. The gods were watching all this and they decided that this was what they wanted and they sent handful more of humans.Thus, resulting into tribes.The humans thought they needed some entertainment.So, they started killing animals just for fun.This is now called poaching and it’s banned by our government. Soon the ice age settled in...
The humans started feeling cold. So, by rubbing two rocks together they discovered fire. The gods were very impressed by this. So, they sent in more and more of humans. Thus, resulting into civilisations. The wheel was discovered in the Mesopotamia civilisation when a human saw a rolling log.
These civilisations then became communities,then cities,the place where we live today. Then came the outrageous Industries which led to child labour and pollution. Well the gods weren’t aware of neither pollution nor child labour yet.They thought the development was incredible.They kept sending more and more humans which led to population explosion. This also led to a problem of waste management. Then all this led to the huge issue of Global Warming! The gods then realised what was going on. So, to punish them the gods started natural disasters.
(All kneel down and feel sorry)
